‘Just Give Me 10 Days’ Challenge

So I was browsing the My Fitness Pal forums and came across this challenge. I tend to weigh myself once a week as I know my weight fluctuates a lot due to meds and diet. I thought it might be interesting to weigh myself once a day for 10 days, and see what happens though! So I’ll start tomorrow and update this daily!

I’m going to aim to weigh myself every morning before breakfast at around 9am. (Bare in mind my scales are not the most accurate, but I am going to try this anyway)

Day 1 -5/7: 104.8kg
Day 2 – 6/7: 104.2kg
Day 3 – 7/7: Forgot!
Day 4 – 8/7: 102.5kg
Day 5 – 9/7: 101.9kg
Day 6 – 10/7: 103.8 (?) I think I need better scales
Day 7 – 11/7:
Day 8 -12/7:
Day 9 – 13/7:
Day 10 – 14/7:
Day 11 – 15/7:
